In circumstances where your booking is not affected by COVID-19, tickets are non-refundable. However, if you have spare tickets we recommend that you visit See Tickets’ Fan-to-Fan ticket market place, where you can sell them at face value.
If you have booked your tickets prior to the Sundown postponement announcement on 8th June 2020 and aren’t able to make the new dates, please read the information under the “2020 Postponement” dropdown to find out how to obtain a refund.
Ticket Issues, Changes & Upgrades
If you have any ticket issues, including changing or upgrading your ticket type, wrong email address or change of postal address and payment plan problems, please email See Tickets Customer Services directly at https://sundownfestival.seetickets.com/customerservice.
If you didn’t purchase your tickets via our website from SeeTickets, please contact your ticket provider directly.
We do not allow Day ticket swaps, i.e. from Saturday to Sunday, or vice versa.
The name on the ticket does not have to match the person using it, however, re-sale of tickets outside of the See Tickets Fan-to-Fan marketplace (or ethical, face value re-sale sites such as Twickets) is strictly forbidden and could result in your tickets being cancelled.
Tickets are distributed approximately two weeks before the festival takes place. If you haven’t received your tickets within seven days of the event, please email See Tickets Customer Services directly at https://sundownfestival.seetickets.com/customerservice.

Please do not buy from an unofficial ticket agent. Tickets bought from unofficial agents are not valid and admission may not be granted to the festival. If you are in doubt as to whether a ticket agent is official, please contact us in advance of the ticket purchase and we will be happy to assist.
We offer the following entry ticket types:
Weekend Camping – Bring your own tent and camp for the full weekend. Admission from Friday to Monday. Includes all the acts on Saturday and Sunday, exclusive access to the Friday Campers Party as well as the campers-only after party on Saturday night. Ticket price includes a £5 refundable litter bond. Collect a full bag of litter in one of the bags provided on site and take it to the litter drop off point to get your £5 back in cash.
Weekend No Camping – Admission to Saturday and Sunday. No access to camping or Saturday Night After party.
Saturday – Admission to Saturday only. No access to camping or Saturday Night After party.
Sunday – Admission to Sunday only. No access to camping.
Sundown 2020 has been postponed to 3rd – 5th September 2021. You can read the full statement here.
All tickets for 2020 have automatically been transferred to the 2021 event and we hope you can join us then. There will also be a payment holiday until early 2021 for all payment plan ticket holders, more info on the “Payment Plans” dropdown below.
If you are not able to make the new dates, you can apply for a refund until 1st September 2020. You will receive an email from your ticket provider by Friday 12th June with all detailed information regarding your booking and your options.

Pre-Pitched Tents and Glamping
We offer Pre-Pitched Tent options in the General Campsite for those that don’t want the hassle of putting up their own tent. Please purchase a Camping Ticket from our ticket page and then purchase your Pre-Pitched Tent from our provider, Tangerine Fields. To find out more about Pre-Pitched Tents, please click here.
If you want to stay in accommodation in the separate Glamping Campsite, you will need to purchase a Weekend Camping Ticket from our ticket page, and then purchase your Glamping accommodation separately from our Glamping provider. To find out more about our campign/Glamping options please click here
VIP Add-Ons give you access to the VIP Area with backstage view, bar and food options, exclusive soundsystem, undercover seating and dedicated toilets. VIP Add-Ons must be purchased in addition to your entry ticket.
Payment Plans 2021
The payment plan option is available on all Weekend Camping and Weekend No Camping tickets and will be split into equal monthly instalments. You will pay the first instalment (plus 100% of all fees) at the time of booking, followed by the remaining monthly instalments.
2020 Postponement: We are giving all payment plan ticket holders an automatic eight-month payment holiday on any future instalments. If you bought via See Tickets, your next instalment will now come out in February 2021 and then every month thereafter until it is completed. Your tickets have automatically been transferred to the 2021 festival and you don’t need to do anything. If you bought from a different ticket agent, they will be in touch with more information.
Car Park Passes
If you are driving to Sundown you must buy a Car Park Pass in advance. Camping ticket holders will require a Camping Car Park Pass (£25) and Weekend No Camping and Day ticket holders will need a Saturday and/or a Sunday Car Park Pass (£10 per day). Your Car Park Pass will be emailed to you in advance and will be scanned when you arrive. PLEASE NOTE, CAR PARKING WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE TO BUY ON THE DAY.
Camping ticket holders will be allowed to re-enter the campsite at any time by showing their wristband. Please note, you can only bring food and drink into the campsite on your initial entry.
If you lose your wristband you will not be able to re-enter the venue unless you pay full price again. If you need your wristband replaced you will need to go to the box office with the wristband still fully intact on your wrist and pay a £5 replacement fee.
There is no re-entry for Day ticket and Weekend No Camping ticket holders. For example, if a Weekend No Camping ticket holder leaves the site on Saturday, they will not be re-admitted until the arena re-opens on Sunday.
We also understand that certain extreme circumstances can arise where leaving the site is essential. In this case, security will use their discretion and permission won’t be unreasonably withheld.
Sundown Festival is open to anyone aged 14+ but the following conditions apply:
Anyone aged under 16 (15 or under) must be accompanied by a responsible adult aged 18+. There is a limit of one Under 16 per adult aged 18-20 and a maximum of three Under 16s per adult aged 21+. Any adult accompanying an Under 16 must have ID.
Anyone aged 16+ may enter the festival unaccompanied but must bring ID. We do not accept any parental or guardian duty for children attending the festival and we strongly advise that they have the permission of a parent or legal guardian before attending.
At the entrance gate we only accept the following forms of ID:
– Valid Photo Driving Licence
– Valid Provisional Photo Driving Licence
– Valid Passport
– Valid PASS card from the National Proof of Age Standards Scheme – this is the best form of ID to bring if you don’t want to bring a valuable document. More information on how to obtain your card can be found here
ID must be original. No copies or photos will be accepted. The festival reserves the right to refuse admission if there is any doubt that the ticket holder is under the entry requirement.
We operate a strict Challenge 25 policy across all bars at the festival and valid ID is required to buy and drink alcohol.
