We will have cash machines available on site and transactions will be subject to a charge. Please note that some of our bar and food outlets will take card, but we advise you also bring cash.

Charge Candy will be located in the festival arena where you can charge your phone at a cost. More information here!

Lockers will be available at a cost to secure your belongings while at the festival. More information to follow.

Water points are available in all campsites and the arena. We allow sealed bottles of water up to 500ml to be brought into the festival and empty unsealed bottles can be brought in to be refilled at the water points.

Toilets are available throughout the festival.

There is a pay for pamper lounge available for campers, with everything you need to stay Festival fresh and looking chic all weekend. You can buy a Club Class Pamper Pass for the weekend, here.

There will be a campers’ shop where you can buy all your weekend essentials, toiletries and anything you may have left behind. You can also pre-order camping essentials here. Your items will be at a collection point at Sundown Festival and you will be informed of the on-site location closer to the date.

The Medical, Welfare and Info Tents are located in the main festival arena. They are open 24/7 throughout the festival and are there to help you with any issues you may have. Please click here to find out more.

The festival is located outdoors and on a green field site. The site is generally flat and accessible however please consider that as is the nature of a green field site, the ground can be uneven, and conditions underfoot can be affected by weather and heavy footfall.

Please wear sensible shoes and take care in areas where ground is uneven or has been affected by adverse weather.
