For some music is a passion, others a way of life.
An 80s child and son of a London club DJ, Harry Pearce was blessed enough to grow up in the late Eighties Rave culture and early Nineties West London house sound before a move to the country in his teens gave him immediate access to the illegal party scene.
Lucky enough to also get his best teen years in the rave days his musical education took lessons from masters of the day Slipmatt, The Prodigy and Grooverider at the legendary Dance Paradise and uniquely underground Hyperbolic and Pleasuredome.
But it was starting his record collection early with classic 7” House tracks that he first gained his thirst, passion and desire for music with artists like Blackbox, Nightcrawler’s and Frankie Knuckles that changed his life.
Classics of the day from 808 State, Nomad, Basshead’s, SL2 were the mainstay of his bag and remain so till the present day as well as his own unique spin on whats current and cool. There are no boundaries to his sets and it this energy and diversity that has kept him current until today.
In 1996, at 16 he put on his first house event at The Whitehouse in Newmarket. He was hooked.
Further events of his own followed with other Groove Establishment originals John Kelly, Alex Anderson and Vivian Markey before moving on to Hollywoods to be inspired by early Pams House legend Pete Walkden.
Huge main room sets in the 00’s at at legendary clubs The Cross, Gatecrasher, Turnmills, Pacha, Ministry of Sound and Koko saw him land residencies with some of the country’s most respected brands and nights as well as Norwich residences at Pams House, Ponana, and Karma.
Moving towards the end of the first decade of the millennium were landmark years playing with artists of the day like Roger Sanchez, Allister Whitehead, Graham Park ,K Klass, Dirty South at home and abroad as well as a UK tour with lady of the day Robyn S.
World and UK tours followed with time out for a marriage and baby before landing back in 2014 with headline supporting sets with Gorgon City, Duke Dumont, Chase and Status and an epic closing set for the Sundown Festival 2014 opening party.
2015/16 saw the creation of a game changer for the Norwich nightlife scene with the beginnings of a new brand #House playing to sold out shows at UEA, Mercy and Sundown.
Full support for Sundown Festival,Defected and Together in 2017 and 2018 kept the focus local to some rave reviews and now in 2019 he is back with a full calendar taking in Clubs, Festivals and DJ booths all over the UK with his trademark infectious vocal sound.
