On Foot:

We ask you not to walk to the event on foot as the roads are busy and there are no footpaths, so it’s not safe. We especially ask you not to use Longwater Retail Park to be picked-up or dropped-off; our on site facilities for Buses, Taxi’s and Public Pick-up & Drop-off are well set up and clearly sign posted so it’s quicker, easier and safer for you to use those.

Being Dropped Off and Picked up?

PUBLIC DROP-OFF & PICK UP

A large area is located just off the roundabout by the Premier Inn. Please follow road signs. Once dropped-off, there is a walk to the event entrance; follow signs and stewards. There will be a road closure in place on Saturday and Sunday night; on exit signs and stewards will direct you back to the pick-up point where there is ample space for waiting cars.

TAXI DROP OFF & PICK UP

A dedicated taxi drop-off and pick-up area is located just off the roundabout by the Premier Inn. Taxi’s have been advised to only use this area so please do not arrange to be dropped-off or picked-up from anywhere else.

Please note: At the end of the night on Saturday and Sunday there will be a full road closure on Dereham Road plus other Traffic Management measures in place elsewhere. Any vehicles trying to pick-up from outside the designated areas will cause a public safety issue and will be moved by the police, so please use the designated facilities and do not do not ask for or accept a pick-up elsewhere.

We also ask you not to use the Longwater Retail Park (including Sainsbury’s). There is not a safe walking route and our facilities are quick and easy to use so it’s not worth risking your safety!

Accessibility Travel info

CAR PARK

There are two Accessible Car Parks on site, one for Camping ticket holders and one for Day ticket holders. Please follow signs for ‘Camping Car Park’ or ‘Day Car Park’ according to your ticket type. Please have your blue badge on display and inform the stewards that you would like to park in the Accessible Car Park when you arrive.

If you don’t have a blue badge but someone in your party has a disability or a condition which means that they cannot travel very far from the car, please let our stewards know when you arrive. They will do their best to accommodate you in the Accessible Car Park.

If you do intend to use the Accessible Car Park, please let us know on the Access Application Form so we can get an idea of numbers.

Please note, all drivers must purchase a Car Park Pass in advance of coming to the festival to be able to park on site. Please visit our Ticket Page to book your Car Park Pass.

For Cars & Taxis

For Cars & Taxis If travelling by car or taxi, please direct the driver to the ‘Camping Car Park’ where there is an Accessible Car & Taxi Pick Up/Drop Off Area.

Please ensure you advise the driver to arrive on site at least 30 minutes before the main stage finishes and to access the Accessible Car & Taxi Pick Up/Drop Off Area via: Dereham Road Easton, right onto Bawburgh Road and then right into the ‘Camping Car Park’ where stewards will then direct you to the Accessible Car & Taxi Pick Up/Drop Off Area.
