You must bring ID. Accepted forms listed here.

Make sure you have your ticket ready to show at gates. Download your E-ticket before you arrive at the festival you can either print it out or show it on your phone. Make sure your phone is charged and the brightness is turned up so our scanners can read it.

Refunds

Tickets are non-refundable. However, if your situation has changed and you have tickets that you will no longer use, we recommend that you visit Tixel, Sundown Festival’s official ticket resale partner.

Tickets bought as a payment plan will not be able to be re-sold until the final instalment has been paid.

Ticket Issues, Changes & Upgrades

Tickets are non-refundable, however, we have partnered up with Tixel as our official re-sale partner. Tixel provide a safe and easy place for you to sell your ticket to another fan so if you can no longer attend the event, please go to tixel.com/sell and follow the prompts. Tickets bought as a payment plan will not be able to be re-sold until the final instalment has been paid.

The name on the ticket does not have to match the person using it, however, re-sale of tickets outside of our official re-sale partner, Tixel, is strictly forbidden and could result in your tickets being cancelled. For more information on re-sale click here.

 

Ticket Dispatch

Tickets are distributed via email approximately seven days before the festival takes place. If you haven’t received your tickets within three days of the event, please contact See Tickets Customer Services directly here.

If you didn’t purchase your tickets via our website from See Tickets, please contact your ticket provider directly.

Official Ticket Agents

Our official online ticket outlets are:
See Tickets, Ticketweb, Skiddle, Dice, Fixr, Xceed and Big Green Coach. Tixel is our official re-sale partner.

Please do not buy from an unofficial ticket agent. Tickets bought from unofficial agents are not valid and admission may not be granted to the festival. If you are in doubt as to whether a ticket agent is official, please contact us in advance of the ticket purchase and we will be happy to assist.

Ticket Types

We offer the following entry ticket types:

Weekend Camping – Bring your own tent and camp for the full weekend. Admission from Friday to Monday. Includes all the acts on Saturday and Sunday, exclusive access to the Friday Campers Party as well as the campers-only after party on Saturday night. Ticket price includes a £5 refundable litter bond. Collect a full bag of litter in one of the bags provided on site and take it to the litter drop off point to get your £5 back in cash.

Premium Camping – Bring your own tent and camp for the full weekend. Ticket includes entrance to the festival Friday to Monday, access to premium campsite, and exclusive afterparties. PLUS dedicated entrance lane, posh loos and showers. No access to VIP area. Includes £5 refundable Litter Bond.

Premium Camping + VIP Package – Bring your own tent and camp for the full weekend. Ticket includes entrance to the festival Friday to Monday, access to premium campsite and VIP area, and exclusive afterparties. PLUS dedicated entrance lane, posh loos and showers. Includes £5 refundable Litter Bond.

Weekend No Camping – Admission to Saturday and Sunday. No access to camping or Saturday Night After party.

Saturday – Admission to Saturday only. No access to camping or Saturday Night After party.

Sunday – Admission to Sunday only. No access to camping.

Re-entry

There is no re-admission after the first entry to the campsite for any ticket holders.

For Weekend No Camping ticket holders, upon leaving the event each day, there will be no re-admission until the following day.

 

Car Park Passes

If you are driving to Sundown you must buy a Car Park Pass in advance. Camping ticket holders will require a Camping Car Park Pass (£25) and Weekend No Camping and Day ticket holders will need a Saturday and/or a Sunday Car Park Passes (£10 per day). Your Car Park Pass will be emailed to you in advance and will be scanned when you arrive. PLEASE NOTE, CAR PARKING WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE TO BUY ON THE DAY.

Pre-Pitched Tents and Glamping

We offer Pre-Pitched Tent options in the General and Premium Campsites for those that don’t want the hassle of putting up their own tent. Please purchase a General or Premium Camping Ticket from our ticket page and then purchase your Pre-Pitched Tent from our provider. More information coming soon.
If you want to stay in accommodation in the separate Glamping Campsite, you will need to purchase a General Camping Ticket from our ticket page, and then purchase your Glamping accommodation separately from our Glamping provider. More information coming soon.

Payment Plans

Payment plan options are available on all Weekend Camping and Weekend No Camping tickets and will be split into equal monthly instalments. You will pay the first instalment (plus 100% of all fees) at the time of booking, followed by the remaining monthly instalments.

 

Age Restrictions

Sundown Festival is open to anyone aged 16+ but the following conditions apply:

  • You must have ID to prove you meet our age policy.
  • Anyone aged 16+ may enter the festival unaccompanied. We do not accept any parental or guardian duty for children attending the festival and we strongly advise that they have the permission of a parent or legal guardian before attending.
  • At the entrance gate we only accept the following forms of ID:
    o Valid Photo Driving Licence
    o Valid Provisional Photo Driving Licence
    o Valid Passport
    o Valid PASS card from the National Proof of Age Standards Scheme – this is the best form of ID to bring if you don’t want to bring a valuable document. More information on how to obtain your card can be found here
  • ID must be original. No copies or photos will be accepted. The festival reserves the right to refuse admission if there is any doubt that the ticket holder is under the entry requirement.
  • We operate a strict Challenge 25 policy across all bars at the festival and valid ID is required to buy and drink alcohol.

 

Box Office

The Box Office is positioned at the Main Entrance, and will be open for ticket sales (subject to availability), collections and to deal with ticketing issues at the following times:

  • Friday: 10am – 10pm
  • Saturday: 10am – 9pm
  • Sunday: 10am – 9pm
