Light & Sound Warning
Exposure to loud music can cause permanent damage to your hearing. Please visit www.dontlosethemusic.com for information on how to protect your hearing at Sundown.
Please note that strobe lights and smoke machines may be in use within event site.
We urge you - do not buy tickets from anything other than official ticket outlets (online and in person). For a full list of genuine ticket outlets, please see the tickets section of the Sundown website. Tickets purchased from unofficial sources will not gain entry to the event.
All tickets will incorporate a bar code system that will be scanned on entry.
You will receive your ticket/s in form of an e-ticket immediately after purchase. These contain a scannable barcode – this is standard practice to avoid fraudulent ticket copying.
Simply print your e-tickets and bring with you to the event where it will be scanned upon entry. If you are unable to print this off, we are able to scan the e-ticket on your smartphone (Android etc).
Should you not receive them, please contact the ticket agent where you bought your tickets. Please note: There will be no discounted tickets available this year.
